MOTION FOR INVESTIGATIVE PROCESS OF CHICAGO POLICE

NOW COMES the defendant, by pro se, and asks the court to compel the City of Chicago Police who took the complainant's charge against the defendant to provide the defendant with its investigative process and states:

    1. That the defendant presently is charged with the offense of harassment by telephone, 720 ILCS 135/1-1.
    2. That the defendant is representing herself pro se.
    3. That the complainant is a known liar, cheat and psychopath to many of his employees, ex-employees, vendors, and interviewees among others.
    4. That the police decided to take his word and so-called evidence, when the complainant has many computer hackers in his hire and to pursue charges against the defendant.
    5. That the Complainant cheated the defendant out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in commissions, among other monies, at least but not limited to a Misdemeanor according to 820 ILCS 115/1 et seq., from about four months to 12 months before he placed any complaints against the defendant.
    6. That the defendant was charged but that the Complainant was not, although the defendant did place complaints against the Complainant.
    7. That the state is obligated to investigate the veracity of a complainant before turning a law-abiding citizen into a suspect.

WHEREFORE, the defendant moves this court to grant the motion for the Investigative Process of the Chicago Police Department by date certain.
